Un edifici emblemàtic i catalogat pel seu patrimoni artístic i arquitectònic. Un cop adquirit està previst executar un projecte de restauració de les diverses estàncies, entre elles la biblioteca que compta amb exemplars i documents que s’hauran de catalogar.</text>
