Junts per Roquetes-Junts per la Ravaleta ha presentat una moció a l’Ajuntament de Roquetes, en què demana l’establiment d’una línia de subvencions directes al comerç local i als autònoms del poble. El portaveu del grup municipal, Jordi Curto, ha recordat que la majoria d’establiments de Roquetes i de la Raval de Cristo es van veure obligats a tancar durant els mesos de confinament. La moció demana un ajut directe de 400 euros per als comerciants i autònoms, afincats a Roquetes i la Raval de Cristo, que van veure aturada la seua activitat durant l’estat d’alarma. “Esta partida podria sortir de coses que no s’han pogut fer, com les festes de Roquetes, les festes de la Raval o fins i tot del Tradicionàrius. Hi ha uns diners que no s’han gastat i es podrien repercutir en la gent que estem tenint dificultats per passar la pandèmia”, ha manifestat. Curto ha volgut matisar que des de Junts dóna suport a les mesures anticrisi que s’han impulsat des del govern municipal d’Esquerra. Però consideren que els ajuts s’han quedat curts, i que es podrien implantar uns ajuts directes com han fet altres municipis del territori. “Compartim les accions que ha fet el nostre govern, però pensem que s’han quedat una miqueta curtes. Haurien d’ampliar-se i treballar més amb este ajut als comerços i empreses del nostre poble”, ha afegit Curto.
