Després de l’assemblea no descarten convocar mobiltizacions, i també es preveu iniciar una recollida de signatures per instar la classe política a treballar també per la construcció d’un nou hospital. L’assemblea tindrà lloc a partir de les dotze del migdia a la sala d’actes de la biblioteca Mercè Lleixà, a Roquetes. Una de les membres de Marea Blanca, Carme Valls, ha afirmat que ha arribat el moment de reivindicar un nou hospital a les Terres de l’Ebre, perquè l’ampliació de l’Hospital de Tortosa Verge de la Cinta no resoldrà tots els problemes. Durant una entrevista a Canal 21 Ebre, un altre membre de Marea Blanca, Miquel Franch, ha recordat la moció del Col·legi de Metges que es va presentar a l’Ajuntament de Tortosa amb el suport d’altres col·legis professionals del territori. Una moció que va ser rebutjada amb els vots de Junts per Tortosa i Esquerra. Franch ha anunciat que després de l’assemblea iniciaran una recollida de signatures pels diversos municipis de les Terres de l’Ebre, que després entregaran als representants polítics del territori.
