                <text>Els terrenys del futur hospital de les Terres de l'Ebre ja són de l'Ajuntament de Tortosa, després d'un any de tràmits. Aquest dilluns al matí el consistori ha formalitzat la compra amb la Sareb, fins ara propietària d'aquestes finques. Es tracta de 12 parcel·les de més de 43.000 metres quadrats, situades al pla parcial Camí de Roquetes. La compra ha tingut un cost de 615.000 euros i permetrà que la Generalitat puga iniciar el projecte del nou centre hospitalari.&#13;

L'Ajuntament de Tortosa disposa així de 72.000 metres quadrats, ja que algunes parcel·les d'aquest entorn ja eren de titularitat municipal. D'aquestes, el consistori cedeix a la Generalitat 40.000 metres quadrats per construir el nou hospital i es reserva la resta de terreny per futurs creixements.&#13;
&#13;
El president de Sareb, Javier Torres, ha destacat "la importància de l'operació" perquè compleix el "doble objectiu" del banc dolent, "de desinvertir per fer el repagament del deute" i fer també "polítiques de sostenibilitat i utilitat social". "En aquest cas, l'ús dels terrenys per a la futura construcció d'un hospital, em sembla que és un exemple com pocs de la nova labor que du a terme Sareb", ha afegit.&#13;

L'Ajuntament treballa ara amb el reagrupament de les parcel·les i la modificació urbanística del conjunt de l'espai.</text>

                <text>L’alcalde de Roquetes ha explicat este dimecres que ja estan treballant en el pressupost de l’Ajuntament per al 2022. De fet, el govern en minoria d’Esquerra ha convocat per este dimecres una primera reunió de la comissió d’Hisenda, per tirar endavant uns comptes que estaran molt condicionats per l’increment dels costos energètics. “Justament esta tarda, a les set, tenim la primera comissió d’Hisenda, on fem natros la presentació i a partir d’aquí ens posem a treballar conjuntament. Però és un pressupost molt ajustat, per les despeses energètiques i els increments salarials”, ha detallat Ivan Garcia durant una entrevista a Canal 21 Ebre.&#13;

Segons Garcia, la despesa d’electricitat s’ha triplicat, tot i que la instal·lació de plaques fotovoltaiques els permetrà reduir la factura energètica, en uns 200.000 euros. “Estàvem al voltant dels 180.000 euros, i per al 2023 se’ns pressuposten uns 600.000 euros”, ha assenyalat l’alcalde. “La instal·lació de les plaques fotovoltaiques que hem fet als equipaments municipals ens donarà un petit respir, però és un increment molt elevat”, ha lamentat.&#13;
&#13;
Per tot plegat, l’alcalde ha rebut positivament que el PSC s’haja ofert a negociar al pressupost, i ha afirmat que està obert a parlar amb tota l’oposició. De fet, ha recordat que l’any passat ja van acordar amb Movem Roquetes la incorporació dels pressupostos participatius. Finalment, també ha anunciat obres que altres administracions faran aviat a Roquetes, com la millora de la carretera dels Reguers i l’ampliació del CAP de Roquetes amb un nou edifici, per portar-hi la rehabilitació del Baix Ebre, i de l’institut, després de la cessió de terrenys que va fer l’Ajuntament. “Al final són unes inversions importants, d’uns 10 milions d’euros, que vindran d’altres administracions, però que el poble se’n beneficia”, ha celebrat. </text>

Aquest diumenge, el Casal de la Raval de Cristo va reunir més de 200 persones per homenatjar la figura de Gil, alcalde roquetenc durant 24 anys. Va ser un acte que començava i acabava amb aplaudiments a una llarga trajectòria.&#13;

Assegut a un ‘chester’ que recordava a un plató de televisió, l’exalcalde va rememorar moltes vivències. Capellà, mestre, sindicalista, alcalde, diputat, però sobretot amic de tothom. Aquesta és la faceta que més han destacat persones com Felip Salvador, company amb qui va fundar el sindicat USTEC; els mestres que van compartir anys d’ensenyament; i companys del PSC amb qui va treballar durant els anys que va ocupar l’alcaldia de Roquetes, del 1983 fins al 2007. En l’actualitat, Gil segueix en plena forma.&#13;

                <text>Aquesta darrera setmana del mes d’octubre s’han iniciat a Roquetes les obres de construcció de la nova Plaça dels Països Catalans, ubicada al que fins ara era la zona verda del passeig Ramon Bosch, al costat esquerre del canal de la dreta de l’Ebre i de l’edifici de l’ajuntament. L’obra té un pressupost de 312.000 euros, 200.000 dels quals, són finançats pel Pla d’Actuació Municipal (PAM) de la Diputació de Tarragona i la resta amb recursos propis de l’Ajuntament.&#13;
L’alcalde de Roquetes, Ivan Garcia, ha destacat la importància de l’obra “perquè aquesta plaça es convertirà amb el centre neuràlgic de la ciutat, on es podran dur a terme activitats de tota mena. Unes obres que culminaran la transformació al voltant del canal de la dreta de l’Ebre al seu pas per la ciutat, 700 metres en total, que va començar amb la reforma del passeig Ramon Bosch, després amb la instal·lació de la nova il·luminació, pavimentació i barana del carrer canal i finalment acaba amb la construcció de la Plaça dels Països Catalans”.&#13;
A banda de la construcció de la plaça, Ivan Garcia, ha anunciat que “també es millorarà el parc infantil, ubicat al costat de la Policia Local, es canviarà el paviment per material de cautxú perquè els infants tinguin més comoditat i menys perill, s’instal·laran nous gronxadors per als més petits, i finalment s’il·luminarà el pont de Rebull amb tecnologia LED RGB, la qual cosa permetrà, per exemple, la commemoració dels dies internacionals amb els seus colors”.&#13;
L’obra s’espera enllestir a final d’aquest any.&#13;

                <text>Aquesta darrera setmana del mes d’octubre s’han iniciat a Roquetes les obres de construcció de la nova Plaça dels Països Catalans, ubicada al que fins ara era la zona verda del passeig Ramon Bosch, al costat esquerre del canal de la dreta de l’Ebre i de l’edifici de l’ajuntament. L’obra té un pressupost de 312.000 euros, 200.000 dels quals, són finançats pel Pla d’Actuació Municipal (PAM) de la Diputació de Tarragona i la resta amb recursos propis de l’Ajuntament.&#13;
L’alcalde de Roquetes, Ivan Garcia, ha destacat la importància de l’obra “perquè aquesta plaça es convertirà amb el centre neuràlgic de la ciutat, on es podran dur a terme activitats de tota mena. Unes obres que culminaran la transformació al voltant del canal de la dreta de l’Ebre al seu pas per la ciutat, 700 metres en total, que va començar amb la reforma del passeig Ramon Bosch, després amb la instal·lació de la nova il·luminació, pavimentació i barana del carrer canal i finalment acaba amb la construcció de la Plaça dels Països Catalans”.&#13;
A banda de la construcció de la plaça, Ivan Garcia, ha anunciat que “també es millorarà el parc infantil, ubicat al costat de la Policia Local, es canviarà el paviment per material de cautxú perquè els infants tinguin més comoditat i menys perill, s’instal·laran nous gronxadors per als més petits, i finalment s’il·luminarà el pont de Rebull amb tecnologia LED RGB, la qual cosa permetrà, per exemple, la commemoració dels dies internacionals amb els seus colors”.&#13;
L’obra s’espera enllestir a final d’aquest any.&#13;
