                <text>A pocs dies per a l'inici dels World Sport Games, este dimecres s'han donat a conèixer nous detalls de la cita esportiva popular que arribarà no només a Tortosa, sinó també a Amposta, Roquetes, la Ràpita, l'Aldea, Deltebre i l'Ampolla, a més de Salou. El president de la UCEC, Jaume Domingo, ha excusat la retirada de les candidatures de Gandesa i Móra d'Ebre per problemes logístics.&#13;

Acompanyada de representants dels diferents ajuntaments que seran subseu, l'alcaldessa, Meritxell Roigé, ha destacat l'impacte que tindrà per al territori la rebuda dels 3.000 esportistes més els seus familiars. Quan es va anunciar la candidatura de Tortosa, els càlculs de l’organització xifraven els possibles assistents en unes 6.000 persones.&#13;

Quant a la repercussió a la vida diària, Roigé ha sortit al pas de les denúncies de pares de xiquets que participaran en el campus d'estiu de Tortosasport, i que estan molestos perquè els han cobrat tot el mes i ara els han dit que la primera setmana no podran fer ús de la piscina per culpa dels jocs.&#13;

Quant a les cerimònies, la inauguració serà a l'estadi Josep Otero i la cloenda al Parc Teodor González, on es donarà el testimoni als representants de Zagreb. D'altra banda, no podrà assistir el president Quim Torra, present a una manifestació a Estrasburg. La representació institucional de la Generalitat es limitarà al Secretari General de l'Esport.&#13;

Finalment s'ha anunciat que l'aplicació dels World Sport Games per seguir la competició ja està disponible per a Android i iOS, un aplicatiu realitzat per una empresa italiana. </text>
