                <text>L’alcalde de Roquetes, el republicà Ivan Garcia, ha avançat este dilluns que en pocs dies tindran a punt el projecte per rehabilitar el mercat i convertir-lo en un nou equipament cultural. Actualment, el mercat només té un bar i una parada de peix que no funciona tots els dies. “Volem apostar per continuar portant la cultura la ciutat”, ha afirmat durant una entrevista a Canal 21 Ebre, després de constatar que és molt complicat dinamitzar el mercat amb noves parades. “Està al centre del poble, i podem tenir un centre cultural de primer nivell, i esta serà l’aposta que farem”, ha remarcat. Així, Garcia ha afirmat que el projecte del nou Mercat de la Cultura serà un dels eixos del programa d’Esquerra per als municipals, al costat de la renovació del nucli antic. “Tenim carrers i voreres que ja els toca una rentada de cara”, ha afegit l’alcalde.&#13;

En esta recta final del mandat, Roquetes està canviant tots els semàfors a tecnologia LED, i es fan millores a la urbanització Els Pilans. A més, al parc de l’Hort de Cruells també s’està renovant la il·luminació. En pocs dies enllestiran la plaça dels Països Catalans, i recentment també s’ha arranjat l’entorn del pavelló i del casal, amb una àrea per a autocaravanes, on també s’ha habilitat una zona de pícnic. “No hi ha gairegé cap dia en què l’àrea no estiga plena, i això és un benefici per a tota la ciutat”, ha celebrat.&#13;
&#13;
Garcia també ha dit que un dels objectius és resoldre els problemes d’inundabilitat que té el municipi. I és que la normativa actual hipoteca el creixement i l’arribada de projectes. “Estem treballant amb l’Agència Catalana de l’Aigua (ACA) i amb la Generalitat per fer alguna modificació al planejament per donar una major flexibilitat”, ha explicat l’alcalde. “En el cas de Roquetes, no tenim lloc per crèixer des del punt de vista invidual o empresarial, i això és un problema molt greu, perquè se’ns estan escapant projectes interessants per al territori, i entre tots hem de mirar de revertir-ho”, ha assenyalat Garcia.&#13;

En clau electoral, Garcia ha dit que l’objectiu és tornar a guanyar les eleccions i formar un govern estable. En cas de no aconseguir la majoria absoluta, els republicans parlaran amb les diferents formacions polítiques, però Garcia no ha desvetllat les seues preferències. “Sobretot, ha de ser algú que estiga per sumar i amb ganes de treballar, perquè hi ha molta feina a fer i caldrà molta dedicació. Però ha de ser algú amb qui compartim les mateixes idees sobre el projecte de ciutat”, ha dit Garcia, abans de destacar que tots els candidats i candidates que s’han anunciat són nous. “A partir d’aquí, el poble decidirà, però el nostre objectiu és guanyar i fer-ho àmpliament”, ha conclòs.</text>

Els infants nascuts abans de les 37 setmanes de gestació ho fan amb els òrgans immadurs. Això pot tenir conseqüències que es veuen a llarg termini, durant l’escolarització, quan es poden detectar problemes psicomotrius o cognitius, i mancances del llenguatge. A les unitats neonatals les mares i els pares poden ajudar els infants amb el mètode Cangur, però també amb la lectura acompanyada.&#13;

El Servei de Pediatria de l’Hospital de Tortosa Verge de la Cinta i la biblioteca de Roquetes han organitzat un acte sobre la lectura acompanyada i el neurodesenvolupament. L’acte tindrà lloc el 24 de novembre, a partir de les 17.30 de la tarda a la biblioteca Marcè Lleixà. La pediatra Nereida Vidiella i la infermera Gabriela Obando seran les encarregades de fer la xerrada, que inclourà la lectura d’un conte. Durant una entrevista a Canal 21 Ebre, Obando i la pediatra Sílvia Franch han explicat que la lectura acompanyada també ajuda els pares i les mares a reforçar el vincle amb els nadons.</text>

                <text> L’alcalde de Tortosa, Jordi Jordan, ha anunciat este dimarts que l’Ajuntament ja ha encarregat la realització de l’estudi d’idoneïtat territorial i urbanística del Pla Parcial Camí de Roquetes, els terrenys on es preveu ubicar el futur hospital de les Terres de l’Ebre. El farà l’arquitecte Sebastià Jornet, “professional d’àmplia trajectòria, de prestigi i de consens”, com ha remarcat Jordan.&#13;

Com estableix la modificació del reglament del flux preferent, que regula el domini públic hidràulic, l’informe s’enviarà al departament competent de la Generalitat, a Territori, i si l’aprova, es remetrà a Confederació Hidrogràfica de l’Ebre (CHE). Jordan ha recordat que ara fa un any, quan l’Ajuntament va adquirir els terrenys a la Sareb, el pla parcial del Camí de Roquetes era zona inundable, però que la reforma del reglament de flux preferent estableix algunes excepcions. Per això s’intentarà aconseguir que Tortosa entri en el règim especial, tot argumentant que no hi ha ubicacions alternatives per emplaçar el nou hospital que projectarà el Departament de Salut.&#13;
&#13;
Segons l’alcalde, amb el vistiplau de les dues administracions, Tortosa entraria en un règim especial que permetria cedir els terrenys a Salut per construir-hi el nou hospital, però també desbloquejar els creixements urbanístics a les quatre hortes de la ciutat, ara també considerades zones inundables: horta de Sant Vicent, horta del Temple, horta de Remolins i horta de Jesús. Jordan també ha concretat que els diversos tràmits es podrien allargar uns sis mesos. </text>

                <text>La portaveu de Junts per Roquetes i la Ravaleta, Lídia Saura, ha destacat este dijous la bona relació amb el govern municipal d’Esquerra durant els primers mesos del mandat. Segons Saura, els republicans han atès algunes de les demandes del seu grup, com ara la creació de refugis climàtics en alguns espais municipals. Un aspecte que també s’ha inclòs en el pressupost de l’Ajuntament per al 2024. &#13;

De fet, Junts va ser l’únic grup de l’oposició que va votar a favor del nou pressupost de l’Ajuntament. “Cada proposta, cada moció que s’ha presentat, no ha tingut cap resposta negativa. Per tant, creiem que el principal objectiu nostre i de tot el consistori ha de ser treballar en la mateixa direcció pel bé comú del poble. Natros no som ni del sí perquè sí ni del no perquè no”, ha afirmat durant una entrevista a Cana 21 Ebre.&#13;
&#13;
A més a més, Saura ha explicat que el govern d’Ivan Garcia ha tingut en compte altres aportacions de Junts. Una de les més destacades és la moficiació de l’ordenança de convivència ciutadana, per acabar amb els excrements de les mascotes al carrer. &#13;
&#13;
D’altra banda, Junts també ha demanat la redacció d’un catàleg de cases desocupades i en mal estat, així com un cens dels habitatges que tenen un problema d’ocupació.&#13;
&#13;
Finalment, entre d’altres qüestions, Saura ha valorat molt positivament la construcció de la llar d’infants municipal, tot i que este és un projecte que Junts no portava al seu programa electoral. La portaveu ha celebrat que s’haja creat una comissió de seguiment de les obres, ja que creu que serà una mica just que la llar d’infants puga estar a punt per al setembre. </text>

Ebrí ha reclamat al govern català que actue amb transparència, perquè els fets denunciats per dos professors “són greus”.</text>

                <text>L’Institut Roquetes participa en el projecte eTwinning ‘Our Digital Stories’, una plataforma d’intercanvi digital en què els mateixos alumnes trien les històries sobre les que volen escriure.
