Roquetes ha completat l’asfaltatge i ampliació del Camí del Mig amb l’objectiu de millorar la connexió entre la Ravaleta i la carretera C-12, així com incrementar la seguretat viària d’un ramal molt transitat per veïns i el sector agrícola. La inversió ha tingut un pressupost de gairebé 300.000 euros, gran part subvencionat per la Diputació de Tarragona, en concret el 80% del cost total. Les obres de condicionament han comprès un tram d’1,5 quilòmetres i han consistit en la pavimentació amb aglomerat asfàltic, així com l’eixamplament de fins a 2 metres en alguns punts del camí, per fixar el nou ample entre els 5 i 6 metres, fet que permet l’encreuament entre dos vehicles en tot el recorregut. La UGT Terres de l’Ebre ha anunciat la intenció de la direcció del COPATE de traslladar la plantilla de treballadors a uns nous equipaments de Roquetes, “ignorant la seva voluntat”. El festival oferirà una programació diversa i de qualitat, amb l’objectiu de promoure la creació escènica musical en català, a la vegada que visibilitzar el talent emergent.
