                <text>Joaquim Llopis ha presentat la seua baixa “irrevocable” com a afiliat del Partit Popular. Després de 21 anys, el fins ara president del PP del Baix Ebre ha deixat el partit i aquest mes de gener ja formarà part del grup de no adscrits a l’Ajuntament de Roquetes. El 27 de desembre passat, només sis dies després de les eleccions, Llopis va enviar una carta per comunicar la seua dimissió, que gerència del PP de Tarragona va acceptar-li l’endemà. De fet, en aquesta carta, el regidor roquetenc afirma que deixa el partit per “motius personals”, però també després de molts mesos de denunciar el mal funcionament del partit a les Terres de l’Ebre, com segons ell han demostrat els últims resultats electorals.&#13;
&#13;
Segons Llopis, se’n va del PP “amb el cap ben alt i amb el sentiment d’haver fet les coses bé, amb esforç, dedicació i lleialtat al partit”. També diu que s’hi ha deixat la pell, i que fins i tot ha hagut de “partir-se la cara” en moltes ocasions pel bé del Partit Popular. A banda, Llopis ha explicat que va quedar molt afectat pels fets de l’1 d’Octubre a Roquetes, on van actuar els antiavalots.&#13;
&#13;
Uns dies més tard, a finals d’octubre, Llopis va difondre un vídeo amb unes declaracions força contundents, en què carregava amb duresa contra els governs de l’Estat i de la Generalitat. De fet, el regidor de Roquetes també acusava els representants polítics del territori a Madrid i Barcelona d’omplir-se les butxaques, “mentre les Terres de l’Ebre s’estan morint”. </text>
