I començarem a Tortosa, una ciutat il·lusionadora, humanista, on coneixerem una de les tradicions més arrelades a la població: la Festa del Renaixement i els seus abanderats. Agafarem la bici, passarem el pont del tren i, a partir d'aquí, farem via seguint el curs de l'Ebre passant per Roquetes, Jesús, Aldover i Xerta; el poble dels cítrics, que, a més, tenen un component molt especial. En sortir visitarem l'assut i, poc després, farem nit a l'antiga estació de Benifallet.&#13;
L'endemà començarem esmorzant a Pinell de Brai, al més pur estil dels pagesos. Sabeu què és una clotxa? Després ho sabreu. Continuarem pel santuari de la Fontcalda, Prat de Comte, on aprendrem com es fa el seu preuat aiguardent. Travessarem Bot, Horta de Sant Joan i acabarem a Arnes, a casa de la Teresa, una artesana encantadora i que, a més, té llum pròpia.&#13;
En total, 49 km, dividits en dues jornades i fets íntegrament en bicicleta.</text>
